What will you do when you come out? *

We will thoroughly clean your yard free of dog poop, double bag and haul it away.
We will disinfect our tools and shoes before we step in your backyard.
We will make sure your gate is secure at all times.
We will make every effort, to the best of our knowledge, to inform you of any concerns regarding your pets stool.
We will treat all pets and owners with kindness, respect and professionalism.
What can you not do when you come out? *

We cannot jump over a fence due to gate being locked.
We cannot enter your yard if your pet is out and may be aggressive.
We cannot service your yard thoroughly with heavy leaves, high grass, rocky areas or debris. We will do the best we can under these circumstances.
How do your billing procedures work? *

We will collect on the first schedule appointment at the beginning of each month.
You may choose to pay a weekly rate as well, due on the day of the service.
Any returned checks due to insufficent funds will add a $20 service fee to your bill.
How often does your company come out? Most of our customers with 1-2 small to medium dogs prefer service once a week. Customers with 3 or more dogs prefer service twice a week; if you would like to know more about service more or less often than once a week, please call us.
How do I pay you? Payment is due at the first service day of every month with a minimum of one month payment when service first starts.
Should I unlock my gate? Yes. Since employees are not to climb or jump over fences, please have your gate unlocked on your service day. You may provide us with a key to the lock or tell us the combination if that will be convenient for you. If you like, we will loan you a combination lock at no cost to you.
Can you work with my dog in the yard? In most cases, yes. We're dog people; however, there are some cases when a dog will not let our worker into the yard. If you know that your dog is not good with strangers, or it becomes apparent that your dog will not allow us to clean the yard, then we ask that you restrain or confine the dog.
Are there any contracts I have to sign? No -- We can start and stop your service over the phone. We do not require contracts, there is no minimum service period, and there is no advance notice required to cancel service.
Is there an extra charge for the first time? With your prior approval, there may be an extra charge for the first service if there has been a lot of accumulation of waste over time.
Is it possible to get a one time only service? Yes! One time only, or short-term service may be easily arranged. We'll get you started if that just what you need.
